Kicking for a CURE!

Last Sunday we held a fundraiser for the 2013 Kick-A-Thon at the V Fusion Studio – we had about 40 people attend – of all ages and it was a blast!!  The two hour workout included an Xtend barre warm-up, Kickboxing, Piloxing, Zumba, Power Yoga, and some TRX moves!   It was an awesome event!
