Foam Rolling Class

Foam Rolling, or Self-myofascial release, is a fancy term for self-massage to release muscle tightness and soreness. This method can be performed with a foam roller, lacrosse ball, Theracane, or your own hands. By applying pressure to specific points on your body you are able to aid in the recovery of muscles and assist in returning them to normal function. Normal function means your muscles are elastic, healthy, ready to perform at a moment’s notice, and are less likely to suffer and injury from strenuous activity.

Every other Friday is Rolling class from 6pm-7:30pm.  Next class is the 16th of September.

FREE to any package holders of our studio.  Also, have created a special package for men who might not be interested in Barre.  It is a 3 class pack that expires in 60 days and is $40.00.
